In this workshop in people-centered skills, you will be introduced to the basics of hospitality and service! While this course is designed to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the key concepts and practices in the customer service industry, you don't need to working in the hospitality industry to participate- in fact ANYONE can take this course and it will be valuable to you no matter what your career aspirations are. Whether you are new to the field, have a role representing a product or business or looking to expand your knowledge, this course will equip you with the essential skills to carry yourself with confidence the front of peers and customers alike.

Having these skills will grant you a valuable life-long toolbox to carry with you in all of your future roles.
